Mike is a bit hyper
Mike has been on some of his Step One supplements for a week now. At times he seems a bit hyper, but that is to be expected as his methylation cycle gets going and detox starts. Today we started with about five more supplements, the liquid kind administered in drops. I put them all in one cup of water. He said it tasted pretty bad. Guess I'll put them in orange juice next time. I am going to add in the RNA supplements in a week, and then he will be taking all of them.
In the meantime, I am taking just the "vitamin" created by Dr. Amy. I am no longer hungry all the time. I think my methylation cycle has been messed up too, at least in the past 12 years.
