Test Results In

Well, we got Mike's urine essential elements/toxic metals test back, and the results are inconclusive. It doesn't show that detox is going on in high gear. It does show some shedding of toxic metals such as mercury and nickel, also some arsenic, cadmium, thallium, tin and tungsten. The amounts are small, all well below "elevated" levels.

The essential elements test report shows some low levels of various essential elements, so I guess we need to increase the amounts of various drops we are giving him in the mornings.

What I don't know is why detox isn't in full gear. Apparently I need to run the amino acids urine test, to see whether his "biggie mutation" in the gene controlling the CBS enzyme is adequately being offset by the supplements.

Unfortunately Mike isn't cooperating on the diet very well, drinking massive quantities of fruit juice (too much sugar) and too much milk. This may be messing it up too. Parents who have small children whose diet they can control may find this easier.

So, on Monday I will send in another urine sample for an Amino Acids test. I wish these tests weren't so expensive.
